Terms and Conditions

Please read this important information:

Payment

An electronic invoice will be issued to you once a booking is placed. Payment of this invoice is due within 7 days of the invoice issue date and must be paid prior to the training course date. Davco Media reserve the right to cancel a booking unless payment is made within 7 days of the booking. Payment can be made by credit card/PayPal, BACS (details to appear on the invoice) or Pro-forma (cheque). If a booking is made less than 7 days before the date of the course payment is due immediately (only by credit card/PayPal or BACS under these circumstances).

Reimbursement

Davco Media reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any of its public training courses. Under these circumstances you will receive a full refund paid either by cheque or BACS. Davco Media cannot be held responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled or rescheduled training course.

Cancellation

If you cancel your course booking 1 month or more prior to the course date, you will be refunded 90% of the course fee. If you cancel your course booking 2 weeks to 1 month prior to the course date, you will be refunded 50% of the course fee. If you cancel your course booking 2 weeks or less prior to the course date, or in the event of non-attendance, the course fee will not be refunded.

Multiple Delegates

If you book more than one delegate on the same course, each additional delegate will receive a discount on the per delegate fee. Discounts are published on the course booking form and can change periodically. Multiple delegate discounts do not apply on already discounted courses.
